Sardines of Ancona Ingrdients for 4 persons 1 kg of sardines 4 beautiful and big tomatoes virgin olive oil and white wine 1 onion 30 gr. of breadcrumbs parsley Preparation: Heat oil in the frying pan, fry the onion a little bit until it becomes brown and blend with a little bit of white wine. Cut the tomatoes into cubes and add them to the pan with the fried onion. Let the tomatoes cook for about 30 minutes. At this point take a bakery tray, recline the sardines in a single layer, distribute over the breadcrumbs, then the tomatoes and the chopped parsley. Bake at 180°C for 10 minutes and serve immediately.
